Red Sun Revival is an alternative / gothic rock band from London founded in 2011 by Rob Leydon (The Eden House, Voices of Masada, Adoration), Matt Helm (Pretentious, Moi?), Christina Emery and Panos Theodoropoulos (The Mayors, Clouds By Night, RottViolent). Their music is a mix of guitar-heavy alternative rock and orchestral soundscapes laced with folk.
Following their much-praised debut album "Running From The Dawn" (2012) and the successful EP "Embers" (2014), Red Sun Revival now present their much-anticipated second album "Identities". The album includes nine unreleased songs as well as a remix version of the single "Mistakes" from 2014 featuring newly recorded vocals. All songs were accompanied by Simon Rippin (The Nefilim, NFD, The Eden House, Adoration) at the drums. As already done with former releases, all new songs were carefully produced and mixed by Stephen Carey (The Eden House, Adoration, NFD, This Burning Effigy). Identities represents a change of course for Red Sun Revival and, yet, preserves their characteristic sound. Easy and reflective tracks combined create an encompassing tale wafting through the entire album. Identities comes in a beuatiful digipack. Released in June, 2015. Track list:
