The fourth album by Andreas Gross in four years. Miles away from any trend in the pop, wave or gothic scene the songs on the album are fragile wave/pop composions with an individual magic touch. And this certain magic gets even stronger when you hear Tabita Anders' unique voice.
"Hail To The Employee" has gone through a lot of progress compared to its predecessors, but Andreas Gross stil finds the right balance between heavily melancholic and dark gothic styles. Sometimes his music is even compared to early Clan of Xymox, This Mortal Coil or Breeders. And within all this progression the band stil sounds fresh and pleasantly innocent without sticking too much of the usual wave-gothic cliches. And again there is a cover version on "Hail To The Employee" like on the albums before. This time Andreas Gross covered Birthday Party's song to die for and delivers a brilliant version and the other one is a remix of the Akanoid classic "Under The Line".
